I don’t just train bodies; I solve puzzles. Since 2012, I’ve been in the fields of fitness, health, & wellness. In 2015, I added the clinical depth of professional massage therapy to my toolkit, mastering nearly every modality to understand the "why" behind the "ouch."

My career hasn't been spent just in gyms, but in the trenches of high-stakes performance. I have worked with Olympic wrestlers and runners, Professional Equestrian riders, IFBB Pros, and world-class coaches. But I’ve also worked with the "Corporate Athletes"—the lawyers, accountants, and parents whose bodies have been molded by desks and stress.

Working with EVERY"body" taught me one undeniable truth: almost everyone is living with compensation patterns.
